Nintendo DSi

In October 2008, Nintendo announced the release of a new Nintendo model. The Nintendo DSi will be a repackaging of the DS Lite with new features:
- The DSi will have larger (3Ľ inch) screens
- 12% smaller compared to DS Lite
- two built-in cameras (3 megapixel cam & 640x480 webcam)
- Opera browser build in firmware
- a SD memory card slot
- play music and connect to an online download shop
- WPA/WPA2-encryption for wireless network

The Nintendo DSi will not include the Game Boy Advance cartridge slot.
Also battery life is shorter.

It seems all current flashcarts that enable you to run homebrew software will not work on the new device. It's likely that new flashcarts, or updated releases, will enable homebrew on the Nintendo DSi.
